**Job Title: Site Administrator - Blue Mountains Construction Project**

**Location**: Blue Mountains, NSW

**Position Type**: Part-Time (Up to 3 days a week)

**Working Days**: Flexible

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible within reason)

**About Us**: Our client is a reputable construction company committed to delivering excellence in every project they undertake. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join their team and contribute to the success of a construction project in the picturesque Blue Mountains.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project expenses, budgets, and invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment for the construction site.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the project team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role, preferably in a construction environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with construction industry processes and documentation is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Part-time position (up to 3 days a week) with flexible working days.
- Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility within reason.
- The role is based on the construction project site in the Blue Mountains, providing a unique and scenic work environment.
