About the role

Remuneration
$88, $104, Superannuation + Car Allowance

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as environmental health, environmental science or equivalent
  • Knowledge of and capacity to implement a legislative and regulatory framework relevant to the work of the team including, but not limited to the Local Government Act 1993; Food Act 2003; Public Health Act 2010; Boarding Houses Act 2012; Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997;Contaminated Lands Act 1997 and relevant sections of the National Construction Code (Building Code of Australia) and Australian Standards
  • Knowledge and ability to follow strict procedures associated with regulatory investigations and audits
  • Ability to read and interpret current relevant plans, development documentation, Acts, regulations, policies and procedures.
