We are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our Allied Health team at Uniting NSW.ACT.

As an Exercise Physiologist, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strength and balance programs for clients in their own homes and in our Seniors Gym.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting health screenings and functional re-assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Facilitating, monitoring, and reviewing group and individual exercise programs to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborating with clients, their families, and other services to deliver a high-quality service

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Exercise Physiology
  • Accreditation with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA)
  • A current Australian Driver's License and access to your own vehicle
  • Experience working in an Aged Care environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
  • Experience with gym supervision and working knowledge of gym equipment
  • Ability to organize and conduct health screening and functional assessments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
