The Role - HR Advisor - Projects

This role will provide crucial support to the organisation across all Merger & Acquisition (M&A) projects, leveraging technical and professional expertise. Reporting directly to the Head of People Operations and Talent, the HR Advisor - Projects will oversee the due diligence process for all M&As, encompassing risk assessments, award interpretation, and HRIS administration. Additionally, this position will drive process enhancements, ensuring meticulous data accuracy and compliance adherence. This is a pivotal role responsible for full assessment and execution of our M&As from start to finish. HR Advisor - Projects will work closely with the M&A Committee on all M&As across the nation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough Due Diligence (DD) for all M&As, ensuring compliance with Modern Awards, NES, and employment contracts.
- Identify and mitigate underpayment risks during DD processes.
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate reports to the M&A project team, including contract reviews and risk assessments.
- Provide regular update to the M&A Committee with risk assessments and potential mitigation pathways
- Manage HRIS implementation and ensure smooth onboarding for new M&A employees as per their employment terms agreed as part of the M&A.
- Maintain meticulous employee records and assist with system configurations post-integration.
- Streamline M&A processes and contribute to operational efficiencies.
- Draft employment contracts and maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Key member of the hypercare team post-implementation and manage M&A Service Now tickets effectively.

About You
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Technology preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist/HR Advisor/Junior Business Partner is essential.
- Must be familiar with Awards, NES, and Fair Work Legislation.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Agile and adaptable team player.
- Previous experience of working on M&As, in Healthcare industry and/or experience of our HRIS - Dayforce is highly advantageous but not essential
