About the Role

Working on behalf of a leading provider of energy to homes and businesses throughout Australia.

We are seeking a motivated Team Leader to lead a growing team of Customer Service Agents.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about leading and developing teams while driving business outcomes.

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management of team performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of supervising, managing, coaching and motivating team members on a daily basis.

You will lead by example and engage the team to achieve goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and a commitment to success.


Key Details:

  • Commencing June 26th Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 8:00pm (rotating roster)
  • Melbourne CBD location
  • Full Time | 6 month Fixed Term contracr with view to extend
  • You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Positively motivate and coach your team to both improve & sustain team performance to deliver and exceed assigned key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide guidance and support to your team members.
  • Contribute to the mediumlong term health of your team and contact centre
  • Conduct regular effective one on ones and team meetings
  • Maintain and develop relevant knowledge of campaign products & systems
  • Ensure clear, constructive and timely communication with key stakeholders
  • Implement and support cultural activities and reward and recognition programs
