About the Team
This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world.

Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.


The opportunity


As the Community Leader, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a social and community support strategy that uses professional partnerships and technology to reduce cost and drive customer advocacy.

You'll be a natural collaborator and self-starter, looking for something to make your own in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, develop and enable the team to provide the digital customer experience of the future.
  • Foster a sense of belonging and community among members.
  • Serve as a liaison between community members and organisational leadership.
  • Advocate for the needs and interests of the community within the organisation
  • Encourage collaboration, communication, and positive interactions among community members.
  • Provide guidance, support, and resources to community members as needed.
  • Promote inclusivity and diversity within the community.
  • Monitor community engagement and gather feedback to improve

Experience Needed:
  • Strong business acumen with SME's, specifically our Self Employed customers
  • Knowledge of the Web, Community Forums and SEM fundamentals
  • Providing accurate technical support to customers
  • Solid understanding of software development and product strategy in a startup SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing, moderating and driving onlinebased Communities and Social Media
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Obsessed with the customer experience and genuinely empathize with both the customer and their end users.
