The Company
Our client is one of Australia's leading Pathology and Medical diagnostic service providers, with several collections centres and medical laboratories across NSW. They are part of a national organisation that provides healthcare and diagnostic services to patients across Australia.

The Role
As part of a training team, and in your role as Collections trainer, you will be responsible for leading group training sessions, one-to-one sessions, and ongoing assessments in clinics across Sydney.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Keep training records, conduct assessments and track the progress of the collection team.
  • Provide continuous improvement for training procedures.
  • Assist in resolving any training issues.

About You

  • Cert III in Pathology or similar
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment or be willing to obtain
  • Previous experience with Pathology Collection
  • Ability to train and teach adults and explain complex technical information in a user-friendly format
  • Be able to adapt your training style to meet the requirements of different people
  • Able to train and teach people in large groups as well as on a one-to-one basis
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full and valid Drivers Licence and the ability to travel across Sydney
  • Working with Children's Check
