You will play a key role in provide proactive and first class support to sales and marketing teams as well as customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team with customer, merchandising and marketing requests
  • Provide excellent customer service to B2B customers, processing orders and building proactive relationships
  • Carry out market research, identify potential business leads and opportunities
  • Administration and CRM duties including coordinating credit returns
  • Handle major retailer relationships and support on merchandise marketing requests
  • Be proactive, demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn new tasks
  • Contribute and support on marketing plans, projects and campaigns

Key Criteria:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in pharmaceutical, complementary healthcare environments
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications
  • Proactive, results driven, creative and exceptional relationship builder
  • Ambitious, willingness to learn and take on responsibility as the role evolves
  • Creative marketer, CRM skills and excellent office coordination and support skills
  • Energetic, team player who is highly capable of acting with mínimal supervision
  • Selfstarter and resilient to working in an ever changing environment
  • Strong customer service skills and high work ethic
