  • Managing a high-volume of case loads.
  • Reviewing and interpreting business correspondence.
  • Preparing of draft budgets and key stakeholder liaising.

To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

  • 2 years of experience in a high-volume call centre environment.
  • Experience working within a large/complex organisation such as financial services, disability or government sectors would be ideal.
  • Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.
  • Strong customer service and problemsolving skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a high volume environment.
