About the Opportunity

Working with the Human Resources Lead, the Recruitment and Training Advisor is responsible for the delivery of professional human resource advice and support to the organisation in the following areas:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Learning and Development
  • HR Metrics and Reporting
  • HR General Administration

About You

To be successful in the role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Certificate IV (or higher) in human resources management, social or behavioral science, business or other relevant courses.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR specifically in the areas of recruitment and training and development.
  • Recent practical work experience in a client focused recruitment environment and demonstrated experience providing end-to-end recruitment support services.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated high level cross-cultural, interpersonal and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively liaise, engage and coordinate across an organisation and to build productive working relationships with work colleagues, constituents and external stakeholders.
  • High level written, public presentation, influencing and negotiating skills, including report writing.
  • Demonstrated experience and high-level proficiency in the use of computerised systems, especially HRIS and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data and develop reports customised and fit for purpose for the relevant audience.
  • Demonstrated experience in championing cultural change and actively support the organisation's values and objectives.
