A bit more about the role...

  • Under direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, source candidates through different recruitment platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify)
  • Screen candidates and schedule interviews, order reference checks, police and medical checks.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Facilitate end to end recruitment processes.


What we are looking for...

  • Confident in your ability to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders on a regular basis, including over the phone.
  • Demonstrated experience in an administration role
  • Intermediate skills across the Microsoft office suite (word, outlook, PowerPoint, excel)
  • Excellent record keeping skills & attention to detail
