As an eCommerce NAE


You will assist the eCommerce Team Lead in driving the growth and optimisation of the eCommerce sales channels, with a focus on developing and executing effective performance marketing strategies across our brands to drive online customer engagement, conversion, and sales.


On the day to day you will...

  • Plan, implement, analyse, and optimise all online performance marketing activities for eGrocery and Amazon, using Citrus and online retailer media assets
  • Maintain and manage performance marketing budget by customer/brand; ensuring budget drives optimal ROAS (Return on ad spend)
  • Conduct key word research to identify high performing key words, working closely with content lead to optimise product descriptions accordingly
  • Produce and deploy search scorecards/trackers (weekly/monthly) to monitor and drive visibility of performance against KPI's
  • Support our Account Managers in analysing the effectiveness of online assets including return on investment, validating current strategy or recommending ways to improve efficiency
  • Track competitors' paid visibility and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Participate in relevant customer meetings and provide key insights relating to search & online assets

You'll succeed if you have...

  • Marketing / Commerce degree or equivalent
- eCommerce experience, even just a little

  • Online sales, Amazon, or FMCG experience would be desirable
  • A curiosity and passion about eCommerce and Digital
  • Good analytical skills with intermediate to advanced excel skills
