eCommerce Executive based in Sydney CBD.
The Role

  • The
-
eCommerce Executive is responsible for supporting the implementation of all efforts relating to the eCommerce strategy, including digital strategies and the roll-out of eCommerce daily functions and performance across Australia & New Zealand.

Reporting to the Senior eCommerce Manager, you will also collaborate with our Marketing, CRM, Digital, Customer Care and Supply Chain teams.

key responsibilities for this role are:


  • Product Management
  • Forecasting future promotions
  • Provide solutions to supply gap issues
  • Performing indepth checks of product descriptions and online material

Ecommerce Grid Maintenance

  • Maintain eCommerce Grid and notify relevant teams of changes
  • Update Supply Chain processes to approve grid changes

Digital Strategy Support

  • Creative Briefing for promotional and digital assets
  • Facilitating photos and video shoots for advertising content
  • Advertising Briefing and A/B testing

Administrative Support

  • Asset Management and Creative Briefing of digital assets
  • Daily inventory stock GWP check
  • Assist eComm Technical Specialists with web UAT testing
  • Weekly eComm newsletter
  • Maintenance of Ad tracker

Reporting:

Livestream Project Management

  • Managing and leading digital livestream projects, content, and website flips
  • Monthly Livestream leading project and sourcing talent

Loyalty Program Management

  • Partnering with CRM team to manage online Rewards
  • Management of paid advertising

You Have

  • 24 years' experience within ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing or Communications role/s
  • Developed skills using Digital CMS platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
  • Expertise in maintaining multiple websites in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • A cando positive attitude and a desire to succeed

Desirable Skills

  • Working experience within the beauty or luxury goods sector
  • Digitally agile and keep up to date with eCommerce trends
