As National Business Manager - eCommerce you will lead the development and execution of Red Bull Australia's national eCommerce strategy, with a particular focus on managing the Australian eCommerce retailers, as well as engaging with our sales teams to drive on-site execution and sales growth on Pureplay and Bricks' Clicks alike.

You will establish new business partnerships with B2B, Online Marketplaces, or 3rd party delivery services, as well as manage existing Key Accounts to deliver sales, volume, and P/L targets.

ACCELERATE ONLINE SALES GROWTH:

You will establish key partnerships with rapid delivery services and build the B2B offering through key Distributor partners, identify opportunities to partner, activate, share expertise, and drive mutual growth as well as execute short
- and long-term business strategy to drive 360 Omni Channel growth.

Execution of STRATEGIC Programs and Trade investment delivery:

You will deliver the monthly business plan financial sales volume in serving units across all key accounts, Develop and implement Key Promotional Programs with new business accounts, deliver against Ecommerce Channel business plan targets as well as discuss and negotiate Onsite display through key activation moments.

You will communicate account promotional priorities to wider business in a timely and effective manner and provide recommendations to maximize sales effectiveness and ROI from customer activities.


DEVELOP AND EXECUTE NATIONAL ECOMMERCE ACCOUNT PLANS, THROUGH RED BULL ONLINE SUCCESS MEASURE:
You will work cross functionally on further improving and implementing Red Bull's online merchandising standards.

You will increase Red Bull Online market share through the delivery of a strong joint business plan and increased Sales and negotiate trade plans to display Omni Channel mindset through key activations.


S&OP:


You will need to understand and adhere to the company S&OP process and metrics, with mandatory participation and engagement in all meetings, provide timely and accurate promotional forecasts, both with the customer, and internally with the demand planning process, liaise with finance in providing timely and accurate permanent discounts, temporary price reduction and joint advertising accruals.

You will also be responsible for processing claims in the agreed timelines and all financial impacts in relation to responsible accounts.


Cross Functional Engagement:

You will work cross functionally with Brand Marketing, NAM's and Category Development team to execute the ecommerce strategy through key customer moments, Aid the finance team monthly on accruals and reconciliation of actual to forecast spend and work with the Accounts teams on the delivery of claims processing, payments, and discounts

Activation of the 'World of Red Bull' in selected Key AccounT:

You will engage customer partners by bringing them into the 'World of Red Bull", Activate online displays, and improve visibility through responsible accounts for major Red Bull events and work with the brand team to develop key occasions across customer portfolio.
