Reporting directly into the Head of Pharmacy, this role is tasked with managing the organisation's largest key account (My Chemist Warehouse). This role is accountable for building and executing the long term growth plan for Chemist Warehouse (CCSP) along with the day-to-day omni-channel account management. The role offers both future local and international career development opportunities, a strong salary package and a vibrant company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve budgeted customer sales, profitability and market share targets.
- Apply strong negotiation and net revenue management skills. Lead customer profitability initiatives with commercial team.
- Segment, develop and implement strategies for as per Customer Excellence guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships across all aspects of the CWH business. Partner with Marketing & Analytics team to identify category and shopper trends with perfect store and profitable promotion recommendations.
- Implement Net Revenue Mgt (NRM) principles to improve ROI and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong contact with CWH digital and eCommerce team.
- Manage onsite search bidding strategy to maximise share of voice within agreed budgets.
- Collaborate with Brand and Content Teams to optimise digital shelf presence, ensuring alignment with wider brand communications and CWH promotional activity.
- Utilise eCommerce insights to deliver best in class online and omnichannel executions .
Key Requirements:
- Consumer Goods/FMCG experience essential.
- Solid experience managing a major key account across Pharmacy or Grocery such as Chemist Warehouse, Coles or Woolworths.
- Ability to work well and build relationships cross functionally with functions such as, Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance.
- Analytical with strong ability to utilise scan data - IRI, Quantium, Aztec.
- Demonstrated success at creating, implementing and reviewing customer business plans for key accounts.
- Demonstrated success in high level negotiation outcomes. Proven ability to thrive, succeed and lead in matrix reporting structures and through periods of ambiguity.
- Excellent presentation, communication and consultative skills. Demonstrated joint business plan building and tracking.
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong capability in analysing data and sound ROI decision making.
