The Role:

  • Leading A-Z recruitment activities align with project budget discussing with relevant stakeholders
  • Deal with Industrial related matters including liaison with Union, setting up and managing Enterprise Bargaining Agreement, and representing as a IR professional when necessary
  • Development IR management plan in coordination with relevant stakeholders including project management group, HS, supervision and etc
  • Lead HR team to perform functions of recruitment, onboarding, employment life cycle (probation review, performance review, remuneration review, performance improvement plan etc) and off boarding
  • Reporting to relevant senior level including project management group and Samsung C&T PMO
  • Engage a local agency to source workforce in a specific region
  • Development of training program for the project workforce
  • Develop and promote industry participation initiatives when required
  • Reporting to Head of PMO (Project Management Office

Required Experience:

  • Degree qualified
  • Over 10 years of major construction project experience in Australian Eastern States
  • Handson recruitment experience over 10 years
  • Experience working as an HR/IR Manager in Tier1 or Tier2 Australian Contractor
