Our client is one of Australia's largest property groups that own and develop a shopping centres.

An opportunity has arisen for a experienced
Office / Administration Manager to work full time within the centre management office.

You will report directly into the Centre Manager, whilst working alongside a small team of property professionals. This role will require great attention to detail and the ability to work within a dynamic environment.

This will include:

  • Manage all general office tasks and coordinate office related functions
  • Responsible for maintaining tenancy schedules
  • Taking minutes for meetings as required
  • Documentation of handover / handback dates for tenant
  • Review leases attending to queries internally and externally
  • Retailer correspondence
  • Maintain & coordinate schedules for repairs & maintenance
  • Management of collecting arrears
  • Collection of sales figures
  • Liaise with Security, Cleaners and contractors and act where necessary
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum 3 + years in a prior senior administration or office management role
  • Ability to multi task and handle multiple and conflicting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and experience communication with stakeholders
  • Accounts and risk management experience, with high attention to detail
