**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
- **ad-hoc tasks as requested by our senior leadership team.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage general office, reception, and front desk duties.
- Manage tracking of Syndeticom’s fleet of Motor Vehicles, including monitoring, updating, and booking services and repairs as required.
- Coordinate and process travel and accommodation bookings including flights and car rentals.
- Assist with coordinating team events.
- Manage employee uniforms, undertaking stock takes, purchasing and monitoring costs.
- Manage Fluke Testers yearly calibrations and repairs, keeping track of equipment via the Asset portal
- Asset tag any new equipment/tools purchased, and keep information in the Asset portal up to date
- Manage Toolbox compliance forms and keep monthly register up to date
- Assisting the Finance team with invoicing, timesheets as well as data entry and admin tasks
- Providing administration support to Senior Management
- Ad-hoc projects as delegated by management.
- Manage and build relationships with suppliers, contractors and field staff.
- Ad hoc HR tasks when required.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Previous work experience in a similar reception or administration role will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal).
- Well organised and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proactive with the ability to manage own workload and time.
- Must have ability to work independently and take initiative, be an enthusiastic team player.
- The ability to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel essential.
- High level of computer proficiency and ability to pick up new programs easily.
- Must have a problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
- Good work ethic
