Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • To ensure profitable market share and net sales growth with Regional Field Accounts in the Australia while respecting the adidas brand image
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • For direct and (if any) indirect reports (see most recent organization chart).
  • Net Sales Field for Sales Region.
  • Sales working budget Sales Region.
  • Key Tasks:
  • Functional_
  • To ensure that all customers are correctly allocated to the sales channels.
  • To group field customers, set objectives, strategies, tactics, allocate resources and ensure translation into action plans respecting the framework set by the customer portfolio strategies.
  • To review, challenge and sign of F-AFB's and F-StAP's.
  • To ensure a coordinated and efficient sellin process, usage of sellin tools and the correct negotiation and implementation of trade terms.
  • To accompany the FAR's to visits, ensuring store visit checklist guidelines are respected, store audits are conducted and train on VM, WSP/WOM, RSM reorder enforcement, POS etc.
  • To ensure execution of the field CSS and track results.
  • Controlling_
  • To measure progress on own KPIs.
  • To report to all superiors along MIS guidelines.
  • To monitor all relevant reports.
  • To monitor and report on customers and competitors activities and propose/initiate/take actions.
  • To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance.
  • To ensure customer compliance with agreements.
  • Personnel_
  • To staff most suitable persons in direct report positions in alignment with the Dir. Sales and Dir. HR.
  • To set personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all reports.
  • To develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and off the job.
  • To manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines.
  • To ensure smooth cooperation of all direct reports along all interfaces.
  • KPIs:
  • Total net sales development according to budget.
  • Market shares with assigned field customers and categories.
  • Adherence to sales working budget.
  • DSO of assigned field customers.
  • Implementation support for area initiatives.
  • Key Relationships:

Global Channel Management, Sales Development.

  • Head of Range Mgt., Account Mkt., Planning, Logistics, Retail Customer Service, Sales Coordination.
  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Functional
  • 4 years in sales, ideally with wholesale focus.
  • Industry ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG.
  • Leadership
  • 4 years' experience.


Exposure
  • Sports.
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • University Degree in business with marketing and sales focus.
