The Victorian Ombudsman is seeking to employ a Head, People & Culture to lead a small team whose primary purpose is to develop trusting business partnering relationships and champion employee engagement, development and experience across Victorian Ombudsman.

The success of the role and the team will be in supporting exceptional performance across the organisation and being seen as an expert source of people and culture services.

Success will be achieved by providing high level human resources and managing effective stakeholder relationships whilst focusing on continuous improvement and thought leadership in human resources.


Available opportunity:

  • VPS 6
- $129,379 to $173,13- plus 10.5% employer superannuation contribution
