The RoleWe're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our People Experience Team. As Head of People, you'll be responsible for delivering effective, business-focused People Experience services that build capability within our people leaders. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing our HR systems, policies, and procedures, as well as providing specialist advice on industrial award provisions, legislative matters, and change management processes.
You'll work closely with our General Manager – Experience to drive organisational development and implement strategic plans that align with our company culture pillars. Your ability to balance business performance with strategic priorities, while minimising risk, will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the People Experience Team to deliver exceptional employee experiences and drive business success
- Manage our HR systems, policies, and procedures to ensure optimisation and compliance
- Provide specialist advice on industrial award provisions, legislative matters, and change management processes
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with our company culture pillars
- Balance business performance with strategic priorities, while minimising risk
