Ramsay Psychology is a growing national network of Private Practice Psychology clinics and part of Australia's largest Private Healthcare group.


To support the growth of our new sites in NSW, we are seeking a motivated
Relationship Coordinator/GP Liaison to increase awareness of our services to the GP community and help build referral networks across NSW.

This field-based role will be permanent part time, and require you to share your time across our NSW Clinics. There may be opportunity to work up to full time.

The position

  • Develop and deliver a territory plan
  • Identify, build and foster relationships with GPs and other referrers
  • Work towards weekly KPIs and monthly reporting
  • Event planning and attendance


The right person for this role is great at building relationships but understands the importance of targets and high activity levels that lead to results.


We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Tenacity, confidence and an engaging personality
  • Experience in a target driven role
  • An understanding of or skills in territory planning
  • An understanding of the medical community in particular general practice or experience working in private practice
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise, be proactive and communicate well
  • Administrative skills
  • Current open drivers' license and own vehicle
