Our client is well known in the Sydney Residential Project space and is renowned as one of the leading locally owned Development groups.

With over 5000 apartments in their pipeline over the next few years and currently selling 15 apartments a week they are now in need of a Customer Service Superstar to join their busy (growing) team


Work alongside the Client Relationship Manager to help grow this constantly evolving department where no two days are the same.

Based at the companies head office you will be busy liaising with internal and external clients and carrying out administrative tasks, however you will also have the opportunity to get out and about to various sites assisting with all facets of the pre-settlement process.

If you're a self-starter, love to be busy and are motivated to just get in and get stuff done, then this could be the role for you

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of various communications with purchasers and owners e.g conducting welcome calls, responding to questions on Construction Updates, followup calls post settlement.
  • Manage complaints and escalate where required.
  • Setting up and implementing purchaser survey's including loading in survey questions, testing the survey's and running dashboard reports to review and manage data.
  • Monitor survey responses, summarise data and report to Management.
  • Assist with the coordination of presettlement functions & events including event space booking, organising catering, photographer, oversee key stakeholders and setting up of banners and redcarpet. Being onsite to oversee setu and arrival of guests.
  • Attend presettlement functions and events which maybe outside of usual working hours (time in lieu provided)
  • Assist in development of literature for owners such as Get to Know Your Home Guide, Customer Care Guide and Movein Guide.
  • Involvement in developing a Loyalty and Retention program.
  • Manage invoicing for Client Relations team.
  • Has prior experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Loves talking to people and genuinely wants to help.
  • Loves the challenge of turning a negative customer experience into a positive one.
  • Is organised, passionate, driven, punctual.
  • Is adaptable and has a flexible attitude to work.
  • Has strong verbal communication skills.
  • Has experience and is confident with Microsoft Office suite
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Is able to follow direction and also work autonomously.
  • Able to work in the office Monday
  • Friday 8:30am 5:30pm.
  • Able to work the occasional Saturday or Sunday for events.
  • White Card is an advantage but not required.
  • Licence and own vehicle preferred.
  • Have previous Real Estate experience
