Apex Group is seeking a flexible, full-time Client Services Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

Do you have Client Advisor or Financial Services experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Sydney?


As a Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the client's point of contact for all client queries and coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve queries with the highest level of client satisfaction.

You will also actively manage client relationships with the client services team and contribute to resolving issues.

To give you an idea of how this full-time Client Relationship role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Be the dedicated point of contact and proactively manage the relationships of clients by being the trusted advisor and driving the resolution of issues
  • Participate in incidents, problems, and change request fulfilment and act as the advocate for the client in resolutions
  • Development, implementation and monitoring of key account service level agreements with assigned clients (SLAs)
  • Action requests from assigned clients and coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve client queries
  • Prepare client reporting for assigned clients on a monthly/quarterly basis as required.
  • At least four years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Collaborative approach and team player
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
