The Job.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Maintaining & growing a portfolio of Broker and Aggregator relationships.
  • Identifying new opportunities and devising sales strategies to encourage portfolio growth.
  • Educating market on new products & service offering and providing market feedback to senior management.
  • Working to team and individual sales targets.
  • Enhancing internal and external stakeholder relationships to solve queries and ensure a smooth operational process.

You.
To be successful with this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

years experience working as a Relationship Manager or Business Development Manager in the commercial asset finance sector.

  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with Brokers & Aggregators in the Australian market or strong vendor relationships in either technology, plant & equipment or energy assets.
  • Proficient in handling sales cycles of varying durations, from shortterm to longterm engagements.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the sales pipeline and adept at structuring inperson meetings with potential clients.
  • Skilled at attentively listening to specific circumstances of clients and effectively presenting the value proposition of your products and service.
