About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Lead the data analysis from various databases and systems within the school to ensure efficient and effective data management.
  • Administer, maintain and enhance datarelated systems and databases to ensure quality, integrity, accuracy of collated data which includes Datawalls, Profile Bundles, SharePoint and International Baccalaureate.
  • Provide advice and assistance to students, faculty members and senior managers to ensure data security and accessibility.
  • Liaise with various Heads of Department, School Leaders, Guidance Officers and support staff faculty to resolve issues pertaining to data related incidences by identifying anomalies, ensuring consideration of the complexities.
  • Prepare statistical reports showcasing various data points of student growth, faculty achievement and its breakdown as well as generating behaviour incident reports to support senior management on data informed decisionmaking.
  • Conduct data integrity audits between OneSchool, TrackEd, and other local Databases and formulate tools to ensure reports generated are reliable and consistent with systems.
  • Lead the improvement as well as changes of all data related client services, documentation and processes, procedures for future reference.
  • Lead the datarelated aspects of significant school operations related to academic conferencing, and Senior Education and Training Plans (SET Plan), and QCAA reporting
