What's the job?

Reporting to the Senior Student Records Compliance Officer, the Student Records Compliance Officer is to provide high level administrative support including reporting of critical compliance and administrative tasks associated with a student's record, with a focus on accuracy of data and compliance with internal processes and procedures and external regulatory requirements


If you are an internal applicant, you will be considered if you are located in any of our other campuses across Australia.


Day-to-day accountabilities:

  • Quality check and control the accuracy of student records data and provide a continuous improvement feedback approach to student support staff
  • Monitor and action alerts on PRISMS
  • Audit student enrolments to ensure compliance with HESA and ESOS regulations and the TGE policy and procedure framework and notification to students regarding breaches.
  • ESOS Monitoring and action
- including COE expiry, monitor visa expiry and changes, monitor online enrolment loads for international students, maintenance of all details for returning students in PRISMS, update change of details in PRISMS & Banner

  • Minimum 1 experience within an administration or support role in an education environment preferred but not essential
  • Tertiary education preferred but not essential
  • Proven organisational skills with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines while working under pressure
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
