Job Description We have been named as one of the Australian Financial Review BOSS Best Places to Work in 2022.**MedHealth are looking for a Remuneration & Benefits Advisor to join our growing team. This newly created role will support the efficient delivery of remuneration policies and processes.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human resources or related discipline (preferred).
  • Experience supporting annual salary and bonus review processes (essential).
  • Experience in job evaluation methodology (Korn Ferry preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing market benchmarking analyses (essential).
  • Knowledge of Award classifications.

Additional Information This role is based in Australia**- Support the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review processes.

  • Analyse internal and external data and provide salary benchmarking recommendations.
  • Liaise with salary survey providers and prepare data for submission.
  • Conduct job evaluations and make recommendations.
  • Support with the design and development of analytic dashboards and tracking tools.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of data for the annual WGEA submission.
  • Respond to adhoc data and general remuneration enquiries.
  • Participate in, and support the delivery of, ad hoc projects as required.
  • Maintain an accurate position title register and coordinate the publication of updates.
  • Maintain the position description library and coordinate the publication of new approved PDs.

Specific Knowledge and Skills

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, with broader data analysis skills
  • High quality written and verbal communication skills (essential)
  • High attention to detail (essential)
  • Ability to work as part of a small team
  • Solution driven mindset
  • Ability to adapt to a fast pastpaced environment and work with conflicting deadlines.
