Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the reward function, Including pay structures, job evaluations market trends etc
  • Conduct analyses of current compensation practices, including salary benchmarking, incentive structures, and benefits packages to ensure current remuneration practices are competitive in the market
  • Develop and implement strategies for achieving pay equity across the organisation
  • Provide recommendations for improving compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Present finding and influence senior stakeholders
Key Requirements

  • Experience managing and maintaining a remuneration framework
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation methodology
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide recommendations
  • Solutions focused
  • Solid background in developing and delivering Reward programs within medium to large organisation
  • Understanding EBA arrangements and requirements
