Role:
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Creating and maintaining up to date records of prospective student interactions on the CRM.
- Contribute to the achievement of agreed enrolment targets and Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain generalist knowledge to provide advice in the areas of:
- Course selection to achieve career outcomes
- Application and Enrolments
- Enrolment planning and support
- Class registration/timetabling
Experience and skills:
- General knowledge and experience of tertiary sector operating procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of client/customer service within a Contact Centre environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, maintain attention to detail in a fastpaced environment, display sound judgement, and to use initiative.
- Clear, empathetic, and timely communication with customers.
- Proactive approach to resolving issues and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborative attitude towards supporting colleagues and achieving targets.
- Efficient recordkeeping on CRM and adherence to procedures.
