Looking for an experienced Reception/Admin assistant to join our team and assist us with day to day operations in our Tutoring and Mentoring centre.


Main Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and students as they come and go from our learning centre.
  • Liaising with new potential clients, assessing their needs and communicating potential opportunities.
  • Matching clients with students and communicating bookings with both clients & staff.
  • General administration tasks, including but not limited to, general cleanliness, filing & organisation, scanning, printing, laminating, stocktaking.

Work Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Certificate II or higher in Business Administration is recommended (not compulsory)
  • Familiarity with invoicing and booking systems such as, Xero, Monday, Stripe & Calendar apps.
  • High level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a customer facing work environment.
  • A valid Working With Children's Check, or willingness to source one (mandatory).
  • Computer literate and comfortable with using Apple branded products.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

$ $30.00 per hour
