The Opportunity:
At Flywire, we are in search of a Relationship Manager who will take charge of nurturing key agent relationships, focusing on implementing strategies to enhance agent utilization of the Flywire Agent Solution and drive growth within the region.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Partnership Manager to implement strategies aimed at boosting agent sales growth and exploring cross-selling opportunities
- Manage and reinforce existing customer relationships while fostering revenue growth through cross-selling our products and services, including Payments and Overseas Student Health Cover
- Serve as the primary contact for agents and ensure prompt responses to inquiries
- Facilitate the onboarding of new agents through in-person and virtual training sessions
- Cultivate and enhance crucial internal and external stakeholder relationships to execute growth strategies
What We're Seeking:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the International Education Market (Experience with Education/migration agents is advantageous)
- Knowledge of Overseas Student Health Cover is a plus
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding cross-selling targets and adept stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish robust relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, understanding of intricate products and services
- Self-driven and results-oriented individual who can work autonomously and collaboratively
- Proficiency in a second language is beneficial
- Adaptability to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment
- A proactive candidate with a positive, can-do attitude
