About the opportunity
An exceptional role reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, focusing on managing relationships with pharmaceutical wholesalers from a supply chain perspective. This role emphasizes collaboration and communication between the company and wholesalers, with a primary goal of optimizing these crucial partnerships through the implementation of efficient processes.

Duties
  • Create and execute cross-functional distribution channel management strategies for wholesalers and key buying groups
  • Facilitate external S&OP meetings to enhance visibility
  • Conduct review meetings to continually enhance relationships
  • Comprehend inventory strategies, policies, and warehouse/distribution changes
  • Lead supply chain projects tailored to different wholesaler needs
  • Analyze networks, trends, data, and ecosystems to ensure market supply for patients
  • Foster deeper integration with customers from both technical and business standpoints
  • Enhance operational efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborate internally with key stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- Extensive background in the pharmaceutical sector focusing on supply chain management

- Previous experience in managing relationships with pharmaceutical wholesalers or working within a pharmaceutical wholesaler would be beneficial

- Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to influence others

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Demonstrated capacity to drive progress and lead projects effectively
