We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team to provide HR and administration support to our 7,000 + workforce.

You will be able to

  • Guide, govern and support corporate and operational leaders in the recruitment process and administration elements of the recruitment lifecycle with true business partnering skills
  • Maintain Human Resource Information System data; Preceda, Pageup, SharePoint with keen attention to detail
  • Support, train and coordinate with the HR Central Team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of administration, reporting and metrics
  • Implement HR Servicesrelated business operational solutions supporting improved efficiencies and support Assist with the development and implementation of key HR policies and programs, including recruitment materials, resources, and award changes
  • Work on a broad range of HR administration projects and initiatives
