THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about recruitment, skilled in administration, and thrive on supporting a team? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic organization in this mid-level role.

As a HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to the growth and success of our company through effective recruitment strategies, efficient administrative support, and fostering a positive work environment.

Administration: Handle various administrative tasks related to HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee records, managing HRIS systems, preparing employment contracts, and conducting employee onboarding processes. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Assist in payroll administration, benefits management, and employee performance management processes.

Auditing: Conduct periodic audits of HR processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance HR policies, processes, and controls. Prepare reports and present findings to management, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

Team Support: Act as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this role, applicants will need to demonstrate capabilities in the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR preferred but not essential
  • Previous exp. in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail
