We are experiencing rapid growth in the Electronic Security products offers a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service who is highly motivated team player selling CCTV, Alarms, Intercom and Home Automation systems.


What the role expects from you
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager

  • Address customer enquiries and manage sales process through to sales close
  • Advice on the most appropriate security solution in accordance with the customer's requirements
  • Preparation of quotations and purchase orders for each new customer
  • Promote security products including alarm systems, CCTV, Intercoms and Home Automatons
  • Build strong technical skills around the security solutions and a good understanding of other adjacent products and services to enhance cross sell opportunities.
  • To conduct and manage the endtoend sales process
  • Ensure accuracy of sales quotations and orders
  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and collectively within team environment to achieve maximum output and positive outlook to the contribution of achieving high morale within team
  • Deliver a service and follow the sales methodology in all interactions with customers.
  • Build strong technical skills around the security solutions and a good understanding of other adjacent products and services to enhance cross sell opportunities.
  • Resolution of customer complaints relating to the sales process, RMA, and payments
  • Delivery of KPIs and customer service levels

From $50,000.00 per year
