About the role


This role will also be responsible for the commercial health / performance of this base (such as renewal and retention offer performance), understanding how base behaviours contribute to this performance, and how to address these behaviours at scale to improve commercial outcomes.

Part of this will include the leading / executing of post-campaign analyses to understand performance against business case and identify learnings for future improvement.

  • You proactively manage, develop & lead base initiatives and you have worked in a consumer led organisation, even better if it is Telco
  • Demonstrated accountability for outcomes of above initiatives
  • You are a selfstarter with a strong background in CVM and a performancedriven mindset
  • Ability to work at pace with strong attention to detail
  • You are commercial savvy with a strong analytical ability
  • Ability to successfully partner with and influence a wide range of team members across multiple levels of the organisation
