About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience and Culture, you will provide Allianz wide strategic leadership of the Customer Value Management Framework, designing a compelling strategy and execution roadmap to help enable our customer growth and retention ambitions.
Other key aspects of the role:
- Engage with key stakeholders across Allianz to lead the development of the end to end strategy to drive growth and deliver value to our customers through our Customer Value Management Framework
- Work with key stakeholders across the Enterprise to develop compelling offers and initiatives aligned to our Customer Value Management Framework and our Customer Value Proposition
- Develop and lead the overall execution plan, working with key stakeholders across the Allianz to bring the initiatives within the Customer Value Management Framework strategy to life
- Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of each of the initiatives
- Work with key stakeholders from the distribution channels to understand the need for system flags and prompts. Partner with IT and articulate to business requirements for this solution, monitoring and tracking progress of the solution development.
- Develop a comprehensive communication plan to keep key stakeholders across progress and develop a broader communication approach for all of our people, linking progress to our strategy

- Proven ability to develop and execute a clear strategy within timeframes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- An understanding of and experience in working with segmentation models
