Based on an integrated service delivery system Focus Connect's programs are specifically tailored through five broad service areas: children, youth, family, aged and disability.

At our core is a focus on getting people the support they need, when they need it.     All candidates must meet the following criteria:
    • Current and valid Working With Children Check clearance (or willing to obtain)
    • Current and valid full Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
    • Current and valid First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
    • Cleared National Criminal History check (or willing to obtain)
    • OR current and cleared NDIS Worker Check
    • Experience working within Aged Care or Disability Services
    • Ability to work within a team and also autonomously
    • Working rights in Australia
    • Smartphone to access rostering application
    • Compassionate and patient demeanor

    Desirable Criteria:
    Fluent in either of the following languages; Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic.
    MR licence and ability to drive a bus
