About the Role & Team

As a Schools Advisor, reporting to the Head of Expansion, you'll work closely with all departments to increase revenue for Compass through our existing customer base. You will be responsible for the management of up-sell / cross-sell to our AU schools with a heavy emphasis on increasing the adoption of additional modules, payment growth and subscription management.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities from both incoming leads and targeted outbound lead generation.
  • Conduct onsite and online module demonstrations and training sessions to existing clients, answering any questions they may have.
  • Be responsible for reaching and exceeding quarterly targets for module sales, CompassPay adoption & payment growth.
  • Keep up to date on the Compass product and participate in regular training and information sessions.
  • Support and attend local and national marketing events/conferences.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to enhance existing school subscriptions and build customer satisfaction.
  • Manage your pipeline, calls, meetings and tasks in Zoho.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new module sales, including demonstrating and training upsell modules.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the development of new products and features.
  • Raise awareness for new modules and features through direct school contact, encouraging positive word of mouth between schools.
  • Increase module purchases and intensity of payment usage per school.
  • Manage pricing, invoicing, module retention and renewal processes, in collaboration with the Finance Team.

This is what you'll bring...

  • Previous experience in selling SaaS solutions (1+ years).
  • Understanding of the AU Education Sector would be highly regarded.
  • A true passion for putting customers first and delivering a consultative approach to sales.
  • The ability to build relationships and rapport quickly and effectively across a wide range of stakeholder and personalities.
  • The ability to work autonomously but also work well within a team environment.
