This is an opportunity for a community minded person to join our Trust and Estates Team based in Melbourne.

With a focus on Relationship Management and Client Engagement:
this is not a typical Financial Services role.

  • Act as the point of contact for clients, building ongoing relationships, open communication and providing timely and accurate support and guidance
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of high levels of internal and external client satisfaction
  • Ensure accounts are administered efficiently and effectively and in line with legislative and compliance guidelines
  • Support the team to ensure service deliverables are met.
  • Identify and drive referrals and new revenue opportunities
To be considered for this opportunity, your skills and experience could include:

  • Strong client and stakeholder (internal & external) management skills
  • Tertiary qualified or relevant previous experience: we are open to applicants from a variety of fields of study or workplaces
  • A high level of emotional intelligence, empathy and resilience
  • Sound problem solving and decisionmaking skills
  • Sound communication and listening skills
  • Influencing, negotiating and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to deliver on time whilst working with complex information
  • Pride yourself on attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Personal resilience with the ability to work in a fastpaced client centric business environment
