About the Company


Our client is a highly respected financial services organisation with a skilled team of specialists that are committed to acting in the best interests of its clients.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Relationship Manager, Philanthropy who will be assigned to maintain and develop relationships with and manage the portfolios of Co-Trustees across a range of Charitable Trusts as the business continues to grow and transform.


Key Accountabilities

  • Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients;
  • Collaborate with the business teams and external stakeholders to deliver all obligations and client needs;
  • Ensure that all portfolio reports are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements;
  • Handle the fiduciary duties and governance requirements of each account; AND
  • Support the growth of the team through knowledge sharing and advocate team culture and values.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Wealth Advisory/Finance or similar fields required, with additional qualifications across philanthropy, trusts or law highly regarded;
  • 10 years' experience in a relationship management role within the financial services industry;
  • Demonstrated skill in handling portfolio construction and administration and trustee obligations;
  • Exposure working with social sectors is beneficial;
  • Sound knowledge of Australian and international investment markets;
  • Processdriven with impeccable attention to detail;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that facilitate professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the business (including board level).
