Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for Highgate International College, including market research, audience targeting, and campaign creation.
  • Conduct market research to implement new strategies and improve on the market.
  • Plan, develop, and organise advertising campaigns tailored to support sales objectives at Highgate International College.
  • Create and monitor marketing campaigns to reach the target audience and create brand awareness.
  • Manage digital marketing such as social media, website and any other communications with stakeholders and partners.
  • Maintain relationships with both stakeholders and students and keep up to date of the industry trend.
  • Regularly assess marketing objectives and policies for enhancement and compliance with regulations.
  • Analyse marketing campaigns performance through digital marketing metrics.
  • Provide recommendations on marketing aspects like pricing, advertising, sales promotion, selling techniques, and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions and student services to align marketing efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Bsuiness Adminsitration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Adobe, Canva, Google Analytics
