Marketing Automation Specialist

Sinch AB is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining marketing journeys for new and existing customers using a range of tools including Intercom, Ortto, Salesforce, and Revenue.io.

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and improve customer onboarding and engagement activities. Your expertise in marketing automation and email marketing will enable you to create targeted campaigns across lead generation, onboarding, conversion, and ongoing customer engagement.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing automation and email marketing platforms, with experience in mapping out and presenting programs/journeys and implementing them. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
  • Work with the marketing team to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance, and create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of marketing automation and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience in mapping out and presenting programs/journeys and implementing them.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
