Who are we looking for?:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on People Partner to join our team at AnglicareSA.


The successful People Partner will be an ambassador for our AnglicareSA Values, be able to build and maintain positive relationships and be a trusted coach to our leaders.


What can you expect to be doing?:

  • You will build strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders, providing coaching to leaders around people matters.
  • Interpreting and providing advice on our Enterprise Agreements.
  • Manage workplace investigations.
  • Support employee retention and engagement.
  • Support the learning and development to increase workforce capability.
  • Generalist HR support to a dedicated Portfolio area.

What do you need to bring?:

  • Your Can-Do attitude
  • Experience in resolving complex people issues.
  • Proven ability to provide high level of accurate HR advice.
  • Genuine people focus and passion for employee advocacy.
  • The ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deliver timely outcomes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
