**About the Opportunity**

An excellent opportunity has become available for a People & Culture Associate to join our business to grow and develop your skills under the guidance of the People & Culture Manager. You will support in the delivery of generalist HR Services across various business units predominantly in Australia and New Zealand. You will be part of the People & Culture team based in Hindmarsh, SA.

More specifically, you will:

- Align with the People & Culture Manager in their assigned business areas to support the development of business objectives
- Assist with delivering expertise and support throughout the employee lifecycle to enable sound commercial outcomes aligned with company vision and strategy
- Support the HR Business Partners to manage effective investigations and issue resolution
- Assist with performance management processes
- Provide practical guidance and coaching to leaders in support of values based and commercial decision making
- Prepare and maintain a range of HR documentation
- Supporting with cyclical business activities, reporting, projects, recruitment and on-boarding activities, process improvement and operational efficiencies
- As directed assist in the annual Salary Review Process
- Act as an employee advocate, build and maintain a profile which instils confidence and trust in the People and Culture function
- Assure accessibility to employees and build confidence and trust for them to approach on sensitive/confidential issues
- Research and support appropriate activities to drive business outcomes
- Complete ad hoc tasks as required

**About You**

To be successful in the role, you will have:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or other relevant discipline
- A minimum of 1-2 years proven work experience in a similar role
- The ability to research, analyse, and make logical decisions within a given timeframe
- The ability to develop trusting relationships with relevant stakeholders
- The highest standards of personal integrity, objectivity and confidentiality and demonstration to the principles of fairness and merit
- Resilience and flexibility to manage multiple priorities
- Strong commitment to the provision of service excellence
- Strong attention to detail
- Team focused attitude
- Excellent time management
