Who are we looking for?:


We are seeking a HR professional who can develop and embed integrated HR solutions and initiatives that contribute to a positive culture and improve organisational effectiveness.


What can you expect to be doing?:

  • Promote HR best practice, partnering with portfolio leaders to deliver people solutions.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Partner with portfolio leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned to their strategic priorities.
  • Work in consultation with Legal Services on interpreting and providing advice on our Enterprise Agreements and any employee relations matters.
  • Resolve ER concerns, performance issues and complete minor workplace investigations.
  • Act as the interface between People & Culture and portfolio operations, fostering effective relationships through the provision of best practice HR management and consultancy services.

What do you need to bring?:

  • Previous experience in a business partnership role, with demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders of all levels.
  • Proven ability in translating HR policy and legislation and provide high level HR advice.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR/Psychology with relevant experience is a must.
  • Strong business acumen and writing skills with the ability to work in a high pressure environment and manage competing priorities.
