We are proud to partner with a prominent distributor of Hi-Tec oils, Caprice paper and other products throughout Geelong and Victoria, providing exceptional staffing solutions to meet their business needs.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Geelong, Victoria.

The Sales Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with our client and driving sales growth within the Geelong and Victoria regions.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our client, serving as the primary point of contact for their sales and service needs.
  • Collaborate with the client to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Drive new business sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of the company.
  • Conduct regular face to face sales visits to customers throughout Geelong and Victoria, promoting the company's products and solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, leveraging data and insights to drive informed decisionmaking.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in the automotive lubricants market to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a dynamic team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture that drives results and achieves business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles, preferably in the automotive, lubricants, paper, or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Geelong and Victoria as needed.
