Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a toptier cleaning team.
  • Provide effective leadership, mentoring, and training.
  • Ensure superior guest experiences through inspirational leadership.
  • Perform administrative functions, including incident reporting and staff rosters.
  • Exceed contract cleaning requirements and maintain excellent client relations.
  • Uphold safety, environmental, and security standards.
  • Respond to cleaning incidents and queries promptly.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 years' experience in retail/commercial cleaning as a manager
  • Previous team management experience.
  • Strong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery.
  • Knowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to provide clear direction and instructions.
  • Flexibility, multitasking ability, and consistent attention to detail.
  • Availability to work weekends.
