We are the mining services contractor for Bravus' Carmichael Mine and together we are creating jobs and opportunities for regional Queensland.


Townsville and Rockhampton are our primary recruitment hubs, we also encourage and will consider applicants from all regional Queensland communities.

Your new role

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of fortnightly payroll timesheet entries in line with legislation and current policies and procedures
  • Maintaining and oversee leave records and processes
  • Act as main contact for all payroll queries site wide
  • Assist with upcoming projects to improve site payroll processes and procedures
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports for managers / supervisors.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have a passion for data, an excellent knowledge of excel and have a keen eye for detail
  • A solid background in payroll for a medium to large sized organisation
  • Exceptional attention to detail whilst working in a highvolume role
  • Advanced skill level using Microsoft Office packages, specifically Word and Excel
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience managing payroll within the Black Coal industry and Black Coal LSL would be highly regarded
  • Current Standard 11 and QLD Drivers Licence.
